Can I eat stuff cooked in wine?

Week 2, no booze

I had a beer yesterday. A ginger beer. Yes it was ruddy lovely.

I’m not sure how anal I need to be with being tee-total. The Waitress yesterday gave us the specials and everything was cooked in wine. I said I’d have the Ravioli, which I’m sure was OK. But do I need to ask every waiter in every restaurant if they’re cooking my food in wine? Is there non-alcoholic restaurants like Vegetarian restaurants, or Vegan restaurants? Do I sound like the chick from Sex and the City asking all these questions?

I had a look at a bottle of Moretti yesterday. I really like the Moretti label, not sure why but I would drink that beer because of the label. I would drink Peroni because I like the sound of it. I would drink stuff because I’d like the glass it came in. How it felt in my hand. I never tried that Dan Aykroyd Crystal Skull  Head vodka but I’d drink that just for the bottle. I’m a sucker for those things.

Was.

I’m struggling to get an article out this morning. Haven’t left first gear this morning. We’re leaving Genoa today, off to Cinque Terra. I left the itinerary at home so I have zero clue what we’re doing for the next 8 days. I’m going to leave a generic fact here. I don’t think I’ll bother posting this on twitter because it’s a bit rubbish isn’t it. Sorry folks.
